Caldex Health is a private health insurance brokerage. We help individuals, families, and small business owners evaluate and enroll in private health insurance plans, ACA marketplace coverage, and life insurance products. We are not an insurance carrier — we work with licensed carriers to help you find coverage that fits your needs.
Information provided on this website, including any estimated plan options, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, or pricing. Final plan availability, pricing, and eligibility are determined by the relevant insurance carrier, not by Caldex Health.
Our services, and our SMS messaging program specifically, are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By submitting a form, providing your phone number, or otherwise using this website, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send text messages to individuals under 18.

We do not send unrelated marketing, third-party offers, or promotional content outside the scope of your original health coverage inquiry.
By submitting a form on this website or otherwise providing your phone number or email address, you consent to be contacted by Caldex Health by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your health coverage inquiry. This includes introductory messages, appointment scheduling, and periodic follow-up if you have not yet responded. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement, typically up to 11 messages over a 30-day period for new inquiries.
Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP, and may request HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through our SMS program. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent by Caldex Health, and participation in our SMS program does not constitute an endorsement by any carrier. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and delivery times may vary based on factors outside our control.

Important disclosures. Caldex Health offers ACA-compliant health plans as well as products that are not comprehensive health insurance. Fixed indemnity plans pay a set dollar amount for covered events; they are not health insurance, do not pay based on your actual medical bills, and are not a substitute for comprehensive coverage. Short-term medical plans are not ACA-compliant, may exclude pre-existing conditions, and do not cover all essential health benefits. Health care sharing ministries (such as OneShare Health) are not insurance companies, their programs are not insurance, and payment of medical expenses is not guaranteed. Supplemental, dental, and vision plans have limitations and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, these products are not minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
